If you want to view the content of a file or copy a file to another location which is currently opened another tool (like some OS system files, malware tools etc.) you can not access the file with this error: “Cannot copy file: It is being used by another person or program…”
ddcopy directly access the disk cluster. You can simply select the file and copy or view file contents via the ddcopy tool.
